I’ve been the founding PMM at three companies, Toku, Zivver and Sylvera, so I’ve spent equal chunks of my career building PMM functions from nothing and running launches at scale.

Three people I’ve worked with.
Jonathan sits in that crucial spot between the product team and the commercial side. He takes messy, complicated product info and turns it into a commercial plan, everything from comms and assets to sales training and internal docs. He’s extremely proactive. He just spots stuff that needs fixing and builds it. A good example: he put together an automated ROI calculator that the sales team now uses all the time.
When you’re looking for someone who “gets it”, Jon is it. He is a rare find of someone who can represent the voice of the customer, understanding and advocating for a point of view that serves their needs and differentiates your company’s offerings. He has extraordinary writing skills and can reflect a brand’s tone and values like no other.
