Three people I’ve worked with.
Jonathan sits in that crucial spot between the product team and the commercial side. He takes messy, complicated product info and turns it into a commercial plan, everything from comms and assets to sales training and internal docs. He’s extremely proactive. He just spots stuff that needs fixing and builds it. A good example: he put together an automated ROI calculator that the sales team now uses all the time.
When you’re looking for someone who “gets it”, Jon is it. He is a rare find of someone who can represent the voice of the customer, understanding and advocating for a point of view that serves their needs and differentiates your company’s offerings.
